Privacy Policy | GBP Pro Agency

Who we are

GBP Pro Agency ("we", "us") is a Google Business Profile management agency based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This website is gbpproagency.com. You can reach us at sales@gbpproagency.com or (225) 771-9880.

What we collect

When you ask for a free audit, you send us your name, company name, phone number and email address, and optionally your website, your Google Business Profile link and notes. We store that submission on our server together with the time it was sent, the page it came from, your IP address and your browser type. We use it to review your profile and to contact you about your audit, which is what the consent box on the form says.

When you email, call or book a call through Calendly, we receive whatever you choose to share. Calendly is a third-party service with its own privacy policy.

Email

Your audit request is emailed to our team and a confirmation copy is emailed to you. Email is sent through Brevo, a transactional email provider that processes the message content and addresses on our behalf.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 through a Google tag to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, buttons clicked, forms submitted). Google may set cookies for this. We do not use the data to identify you personally, and we have not turned on advertising storage or personalization.

How long we keep it

Audit requests stay in our inbox for as long as we may need them to serve you or answer a follow-up, and are deleted on request. Server logs rotate on a short cycle.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the providers named above (our web host, Brevo and Google) as needed to run the site and respond to you, and when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time by emailing sales@gbpproagency.com. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date.
