Using the site

This website is published by GBP Pro Agency, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Content

The text, design, logos and images on this site belong to GBP Pro Agency or are used with permission. You may read and share links to the pages. You may not copy, republish or sell the content without our written permission. Google, Google Maps and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC; we are an independent agency and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

The free audit

The free audit is a review of your Google Business Profile offered without charge and without obligation. Submitting the form does not create a contract. We may decline an audit, for example when we already manage a competing business in your market.

The subscription

Our service is a flat-rate monthly subscription with no contract. You can cancel at any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Availability is limited per market. The scope of the service is described on the Services and Pricing pages.

No guarantees of ranking

Rankings on Google Maps and Google Search are decided by Google. We use clean, compliant tactics and report what we do and what changes, but we cannot promise a particular position, call volume or result.

Links to other sites

Links to Calendly, Google, Facebook, Instagram and other sites lead to services we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply there.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, GBP Pro Agency is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one posted here.
